Alexandra Heights is an entry-level lot from an established developer, and suits buyers with family in Bulacan or the northern Metro Manila suburbs who want to build a modest house of their own. Lots from 116 square metres keep the purchase small, and higher ground is a real advantage in a province known for flooding. Alexandra Heights is an 8.8-hectare residential subdivision in Barangay Minuyan, Norzagaray, Bulacan, on the Del Monte–Norzagaray road just north of San Jose del Monte, about 46 kilometres or 1.5 hours from Metro Manila by Quirino Highway. It offers residential lots of 116 to 439 square metres in two phases, for buyers who want to build their own house. The site sits on higher ground among the hills towards Angat and Ipo Dam, and the developer describes it as flood-free. Amenities include a landscaped main entrance with a guardhouse and 24-hour security, a community clubhouse, a swimming pool, an outdoor court for basketball, volleyball or tennis, and pocket parks with a playground. Schools including Bestlink College of the Philippines and Norzagaray College, Nodado General Hospital and Ospital ng San Jose del Monte, and Starmall and SM City San Jose del Monte are between 6 and 32 minutes away, while Pinagrealan Cave, the Angat River view deck and Cattle Creek Golf and Country Club are within about 20 minutes.
