Our take
Only six lots were available on 12 October 2026, all large and all above PHP 52 million before VAT. This is a premium address for a buyer who wants space and privacy in the south and is not price-sensitive. If you want Nuvali at a lower entry, Sereneo next door starts at about a quarter of the price. Land, so foreign citizens cannot hold title; former Filipinos should check the 1,000 square metre residential limit, which these lots fit within.

About Enara
Enara is Ayala Land Premier's large-lot village in Nuvali, on a 53-hectare site with 415 lots, about 8 lots per hectare, 52% open space, gently rolling land and elevations from 242 to 337 metres, which gives views of the Tagaytay ridge and, from some lots, Mt. Makiling and Laguna de Bay. Phase 1A covers 21 hectares and 153 lots in four classes: Greenway (48 lots, 540 to 925 square metres), Greenview (11), Hillside (2) and Prime (92). On 12 October 2026 the six lots left were all Greenway lots in Block 21, 835 to 925 square metres, meant for substantial family homes with gardens. The village has a clubhouse and amenity core, and shares Nuvali's schools, retail, hospital and trails.
