Our take
The most finished of Southmont's three villages: roads, clubhouse and pool exist, and you can build as soon as your plans are approved. It is 98% sold, and the 8 lots on the 12 October list run from about PHP 12.7 million for 291 square metres to PHP 30.8 million for 557, VAT included, which makes this the most affordable entry into Southmont. It sits on the highest ground of the three villages. Lots are land, so this suits Filipino and former-Filipino buyers.

About Hillside Ridge
Hillside Ridge is Alveo's first residential village in Southmont, in Barangays Pook and Hukay, Silang, with 513 lots on roads 265 to 325 metres above sea level. It was completed on 28 February 2023 (HLURB licence to sell 033965) and has been turning over since Q1 2023, so owners are building now: as of October 2026 one house was finished, four were under construction and three more were in plan review. The village has a clubhouse with a pool. The Hillside Ridge Village Center, a 30-lot commercial section, is sold out. Southmont is an 800-hectare estate in Silang, Cavite, being developed by Ayala Land with Cathay Land. It is planned for 12 residential villages and at least 80 hectares of commercial land, reached from the CALAX Silang East exit, the Santa Rosa–Tagaytay Road, Pook Road and Carmen Road. Nuvali is about 15 minutes away, Tagaytay about 40 minutes and Alabang about 40 minutes; Makati and BGC are about an hour by car.
