Our take
Yume suits a family that wants to build a house on a generous lot in a quiet, well-planned village, with Japanese-style landscaping and a proper clubhouse. A 300 sqm lot is big by Metro Manila standards. The trade-offs: you buy land and build yourself, so plan the extra time, cost and design approvals; and Riverpark around it is still being built, with the mall, Central Park and commercial district due over the next few years. Makati is about 36 kilometres away, so a daily commute depends on CALAX and traffic. It works best for a home you will live in or retire to, or a long-term hold. About Yume at Riverpark
Yume at Riverpark is an 18-hectare gated village of residential lots on Somerset Avenue, in Barangays Pasong Camachile 1 and Navarro, General Trias, Cavite. It is Federal Land NRE Global's first project in Cavite and sits inside Riverpark, the developer's 600-hectare township. There are 296 lots of 300 to 527 square metres, most of them 300, for buyers to build their own homes. The lots are grouped into six clusters, Hana, Yama, Mizu, Nami, Niwa and Mori, around Sakura Park and a central clubhouse designed by UDS of Japan with Lor Calma and Partners. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse lounge, function room, multipurpose hall, a spa with jacuzzi and sauna, a multipurpose court, an open lawn, a Japanese garden, a children's area, jogging paths and pocket parks with fitness stations. Utilities run underground along the main road, mature trees on the site have been kept, and an access-control system covers the village. CALAX is about 2.6 kilometres away, SM City General Trias about 3 kilometres, NAIA about 26 kilometres and Makati about 36 kilometres. DHSUD licence to sell No. 0001637. Land development was due for completion in May 2026; ask us about turnover of the lots.
