Our take
This is for a manufacturer or logistics operator, not for a home buyer. Aboitiz sets a single PEZA price of PHP 11,000 per square metre, so the smallest lot is about PHP 150 million and the largest about PHP 528 million. The estate is the strongest of the Aboitiz group on infrastructure, workforce and tenants. The usual caution applies: industrial land is held by a Philippine corporation, and PEZA incentives depend on your registered activity. Take legal and tax advice before reserving.
