A true beachfront address a short drive from the Mactan airport, so it works as a second home you can reach quickly from abroad, and as a rental. Beachfront is priced accordingly: Rockwell reported about PHP 357,000 per square metre in 2019, and prices have risen since. Check Tower 1 against Tower 2 carefully, because one is finished and the other is not. Ask us for current prices. About Aruga Resort and Residences Mactan
Aruga Resort and Residences is Rockwell Land's beachfront condominium and resort project at Punta Engaño on Mactan Island, Lapu-Lapu, Cebu. Rockwell offers one- to four-bedroom units of 67 to 292 square metres. The first tower had 276 units and sold briskly after its 2019 launch. Tower 1 is ready for occupancy and Tower 2 is pre-selling.
