Eluria is a 31-storey residential tower by Arthaland and ARCH Capital at 119 Rada Street, corner Rodriguez Street, in Legazpi Village, Makati, about 300 metres from Greenbelt and 500 metres from Ayala Avenue, with Legazpi Active Park and Washington SyCip Park at the door. It has only 37 homes on 20 residential floors, one or two per floor: 3-bedroom North residences of 288 square metres and South residences of 294 square metres, plus two 5-bedroom Garden Residences of 579 square metres and one 580-square-metre penthouse. Two private lifts open directly into each home, and a separate service lift reaches the service kitchen and staff quarters.
