Our take
The widest choice of any tower on Tahanan: 342 units were open on 6 October 2026, so you can pick floor and view rather than take what is left. You pay Makati-style prices in Quezon City for the Shang name and the height: studios start around PHP 11.5 million, about PHP 305,000 per square metre including VAT, and 3-bedrooms run PHP 58 to 70 million with parking. Completion is end-2031, five years away, so this suits a patient buyer or an investor planning to rent through Shang's leasing arm, not someone who needs to move in soon. The 12% discount for paying 95% in cash is large, and worth asking about if you have the funds.

About Shang Summit
Shang Summit is Shang Properties' first residential tower in Quezon City, at Sgt. Esguerra Avenue corner Scout Bayoran and Scout Borromeo Streets in South Triangle, about 500 metres from Kamuning station and about 1 kilometre from the future Metro Manila Subway station on Quezon Avenue. The East Tower now selling rises about 260 metres over 80 storeys, which the developer describes as the tallest residential building in the Philippines, with 1,019 homes: studios of 37 to 39 square metres, 1-bedrooms of 51 to 70, 2-bedrooms of 88 to 126 and 3-bedrooms of 160, plus five bi-level penthouses of 435 to 521 square metres. Two podium levels hold the amenities: a 30-metre tropical pool with a children's pool, jacuzzi and cabanas; The Yard, a family play area with a zipline; The Summit Lounge and library; The Summit Gallery with a ballroom for more than 100, private dining and a private cinema; a gym, yoga room, sauna and cold plunge; and The Alcove co-working rooms. Homes are handed over fitted with laminated wood floors, quartz counters, induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, washer-dryer and split-type air-conditioning. Concept architect P&T Group, interiors by FM Architettura of Italy, managed by Shang. DHSUD licence to sell No. 0001216 (7 January 2026). Foundation works were complete by early 2025; the developer's completion date is 31 December 2031.
