A commercial lot here is a long bet on Southmont filling up: the villages around it are mostly sold, but the houses are only now being built and the district opens in 2028 at the earliest. The 5 lots on the 12 October list cost PHP 72 to 96 million including VAT, about PHP 78,000 to 87,000 per square metre. Ask us what can be built on each lot and when the neighbouring blocks open before committing.

About Southmont Central (Phase 1 commercial lots)
Southmont Central is Southmont's commercial district, planned around a landscaped park framed by mid-rise commercial buildings. Alveo is pre-selling Phase 1 commercial lots of about 900 to 1,100 square metres, with turnover targeted for Q4 2028. Southmont is an 800-hectare estate in Silang, Cavite, being developed by Ayala Land with Cathay Land. It is planned for 12 residential villages and at least 80 hectares of commercial land, reached from the CALAX Silang East exit, the Santa Rosa–Tagaytay Road, Pook Road and Carmen Road. Nuvali is about 15 minutes away, Tagaytay about 40 minutes and Alabang about 40 minutes; Makati and BGC are about an hour by car.
