Three anchors are planned: The Abba's Orchard, a school campus scheduled to open in 2027; the Philippine Tennis Academy International Tennis Center with eight competition courts, a centre court, 16 pickleball courts and athletes' quarters for 60 to 80 trainees; and the Philippine Offroad Riding Center, due for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
