The Arton is Rockwell Land's three-tower condominium community on Katipunan Avenue in Loyola Heights, Quezon City, next to the LRT-2 Katipunan station. Rockwell launched it on 1.9 hectares with about 80% of the site as open space and roughly 500 units per tower, aimed at young families, young professionals and students.
