Our take
A long wait: turnover in 2032 means you are buying 6 years ahead, which only makes sense if the pre-selling price and payment terms are good and you do not need the unit soon. Vertis North has become a real district with offices, a mall, and the future subway station, so the location argument is sound. The released low zone (floors 3 to 35) was 42% sold on 13 October 2026, with 67 units left: studios at about PHP 12.3 million to 13.1 million, two-bedrooms from PHP 30.7 million and three-bedrooms from PHP 49.3 million. No one-bedrooms were available. Studios are the investor's entry point; three-bedrooms above PHP 49 million face plenty of resale competition in Quezon City.
