Rockwell's bigger bet on Lipa, after its earlier Terreno South and the nearby Lauan Ridges. Early tranches sold out, so the question is the next release, not whether it sells. The commercial and office parts are plans, not buildings, so judge it as a residential lot community with the rest as upside. Prices are on request. About Rockwell Center Lipa
Rockwell Center Lipa is a 63-hectare mixed-use development in Lipa City, Batangas, by Rockwell Land with General Milling Corporation, combining homes, leisure, retail and future offices. Its first residential neighbourhood is Molinillo, with expansive lots and wide roads; its first tranches, released in December 2024 and July 2025, sold out shortly after launch. Rockwell held a ceremonial groundbreaking at the Central Amenity on 22 September 2025.
